How to buy Bitcoin?
Step 1
Establish the Amount
- Select “Buy Crypto” at the Zipcoins ATM.
- Enter your phone number capable of receiving SMS messages and verify it by entering the code provided via SMS message.
- Select Buy Bitcoin if you wish to purchase Bitcoin or select View All
- Coins if you are interested in other cryptocurrencies.
- After choosing your cryptocurrency, specify the amount you wish to buy.
- For transactions up to $999 per day, your phone number is sufficient.
- For transactions up to $2,900 per day, scan your government – issued ID.
- For transactions up to $15,000, additional identity verification is required, including obtaining a Social Security Number.
Step 2
Validate Your Crypto Wallet
- Open your crypto wallet app and select ‘receive’ or ‘reques t’ to di splay a QR code.
- Place your phone under the scanner for the ATM to read the QR code.
- Confirm that the di splayed wallet address is correct and belongs to you.
Step 3
Depos it Your Cash
- After wallet confirmation, begin inserting cash under the green light.
- Bill s accepted: $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100.
- Finish the transaction and collect your receipt.
How to sell Bitcoin?
Step 1
Establish the Amount
- Select “Withdraw Cash” at the Zipcoins ATM.
- Enter your phone number capable of receiving SMS mes sages and verify it by entering the code provided via SMS.
- Select Bitcoin, or whatever cryptocurrency that you would like to sell.
- Select the amount of cash you would like to withdraw. The amount of cryptocurrency required will be displayed on the screen.
- The process for verification is similar to buying, as detailed above.
Step 2
Send Crypto to our Wallet
- The ATM will display a QR code with the wallet address and required amount of cryptocurrency.
- Open your wallet app, select ” send” and ” scan QR code” to align and scan.
Step 3
Receive Your Cash
- After sending the cryptocurrency, the cash will be dispensed immediately.
- For larger transactions , a 10-minute wait may be required for blockchain confirmation. You will receive a text message when your cash is ready.
