If you believe you were tricked into a transaction at one of our kiosks, tell us as soon as you can and within 90 days of the transaction. We treat every report as a request to refund the fee you were charged, and there is no charge to investigate.

You do not need to file a police report. We have 30 days from your report to investigate and reach a decision, and we will mail you the outcome.
